What are the steps for weight loss treatment?

Prior to your initial Telehealth appointment, you will be emailed intake forms that need to be completed. This allows us to give personalized solutions tailored to your specific needs.
We will provide you with a Telehealth link prior to your scheduled appointment time. (Make sure you have a good internet or data connection.)
After your appointment, you will be sent a link to pay for your treatment. Your payment method will be charged every 28 days. You may cancel or adjust your charges to a later date at any time so long as the medication has not shipped.
We will place the orders for your medication with the compound pharmacy and/or your local pharmacy.
Medication from our compound pharmacies generally take about a week or less to be delivered directly to your home. You can check your email daily for the tracking number provided directly from the pharmacy.
For local pharmacy orders, We will send the prescription to your chosen pharmacy. You have the option to set up text alerts to let you know when your prescription is ready for pick up.
Ongoing support from our staff is available by messaging, email, as well as the option to schedule additional appointments. Your follow up appointment schedule will depend on what treatments you are prescribed. Don’t worry, these appointments are included with your medication package so no additional charges!
We recommend that you have a scale at home where you can weigh yourself weekly. You can track your amazing progress and share it at your follow up appointments!
